Honors 220 A- A Brave New World
Course Description: "Computer science and computing technology are transforming all aspects of science, engineering, the economy and, most importantly, our society. In this course, we will explore the intellectual underpinnings, societal implications, and grand challenges in this and related fields."
This was my first Honors class at the UW, and I greatly enjoyed it! I knew next to nothing about computers before this course, which is what encouraged me to take the class. One of the most enjoyable aspects of this course was the class discussions, since many of my fellow students were already well informed about the topics and had important input. This course has led me to consider taking CSE classes in the future. Also, I highly recommend the course's instructor, Professor Anna Karlin.

The document below was my final assignment for the class. It was posted on the class blog which can be found here.
