ESRM 350- Wildlife Biology and Conservation
I found this class to be one of the most interesting and entertaining classes I've ever taken! After all, what better course for an avid animal-lover than a class that focuses solely on wildlife? This is the first course directly within my major that I've taken so far and I'm glad that I found it so enjoyable. Professor Aaron Wirsing was a great and enthusiastic teacher, and I look forward to taking ESRM 450 with him next quarter!

ESRM 455- Wildlife Seminar
This seminar was led by Professor John Marzluff and featured speakers from a variety of wildlife fields discussing their research. It was far more engaging than I at first expected and I enjoyed coming to class and listening to the guest speakers present. Topics ranged from international issues like the endangered Malaysian tiger to local backyard birds and problems caused by the geese on UW's campus. |
